I've used Macs since the Mac Plus and can troubleshoot problems, do systems management, so I am not a novice. And, at end of conversation kept directly me to go to the support pages. Gave me the keycode, which I didn't have, and explained to me what to do. I'll keep this next part short, but after a conversation with support, being told someone will respond in 48 hours, and then it would be SHIPPED in five days, I finally asked to speak with his manager. And, though the status of my order showed that I had paid AND that it was electronically delivered, it wasn't. I purchased Quicktime Pro, never got a confirming email. I see that you have your problem resolved, but thougt maybe someone could help me with mine.
